Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@krodex.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please do not send items back without prior approval, as the return address may vary depending on the product and warehouse location.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it quickly.

Non-returnable Items
Certain types of products are not eligible for return, including:

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order after the return is approved.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days — for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
